Free tracked delivery by tracked mail within 3 to 4 days (mainland France)

Your package will be shipped the day after your purchase (Monday to Friday). It will be delivered directly to your mailbox and will not require a signature. The estimated delivery time of 3/4 days from the date of dispatch is given as an approximate figure, in working days, and is not a contractual guarantee.

48/72H paid delivery by Colissimo

Colissimo Domicile - with or without signiture on delivery option

Your order will be processed and shipped the day after your purchase (Monday to Friday). Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48/72 hours from the date of dispatch, directly to your letterbox or with a signiture on delivery, depending on the option chosen. If you are not at home, a notification will be left for you so that you can choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or pick up your parcel the next day at 3pm at the post office of your choice.

If no choice is indicated, you can collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.            

Colissimo Pick-up Points

With Colissimo Pickup you have several pickup options to choose from to retrieve your package.

– At the Post Office, you can choose the place where you want your order to be delivered ( with no need for your mail carrier to come to your home) from the 9,000 post offices available throughout France.Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48/72 hours  of it being shipped and you will be notified by text message and e-mail of the arrival of your parcel. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. 

– Pickup Point, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to one of the 7,500 local retailers in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace or holiday destination.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48/72 hours and you will be notified by text message and e-mail of the arrival of your parcel. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.                        

– Pickup Station you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. They are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day ( excluding the lockers which are subject to the opening hours of shopping centres and transport zones).
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an estimated 48/72 hours from the date of dispatch and you will be informed by text message and e-mail of your collection codes to enable you to collect your parcel within 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

SHIPPING TIME IN FRANCE

Your order will be processed and shipped the day after your purchase (Monday to Friday). Your package will be delivered within 24 hours from the date of dispatch (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

When possible, you will be able to track your delivery and reschedule it. This option is available if you provide your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address.

For certain coastal islands and Corsica, the delivery time may be extended by one day. Following public holidays, delivery can be made the same day without any time commitment.

WHERE WE DELIVER TO IN FRANCE

We deliver from mainland France to 25,000 towns in mainland France, 16,000 Pickup relays in mainland France and 500 automatic Pickup lockers.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR EUROPE

Your order will be processed and shipped the day after your purchase (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Your order will be delivered within 2 days to Brussels, 2-3 days to London or 2 days to Madrid.

Delivery times are given as an estimate in working days, from mainland France.

Returning your parcel :

We will send you your new product as soon as we receive your returned package and once you have paid the corresponding shipping costs.
